Finally, I managed to shoot some material that I'm happy with, which is good, not least because I've had one of those days that starts badly and then goes rapidly downhill. I won't bore you with the details, but I'll be glad when it's tomorrow.
Oh, and I'll catch up with your comments on yesterday's shot some time tomorrow, but right now I'm going to drink some wine, watch some TV, and generally unwind.

My thoughts are negative so all I will say (rather than dwell on this image) is that I really loved those HDR wrecks you did. Those colours were so beautiful and vivid, they really were.

Is it a "Ghost car" or the "cloud making machine" ?!
Great (slow) shot.
nice shot, I also thought I was watching a long exposure of water. The firast time I noticed that it was a car was when I saw the comments

My colleague and I were discussing this shot and came to the conclusion that, if you are male then you see a car and if you're female you see a misty pond. What the heck that says, I have no idea.................
Before anyone shouts, I already apologise if you're male and you see a pond or if you're female and you see a car - lol

From the thumbnail, I thought it was a swooping seagull. Now seeing the full sized image, it looks more like a white late 80s model Honda ;)
I think the fact that any sign of a road is hidden... people then assume it's a natural shape.
Real nice tones in the grasses.

The blurred car definitely lifts the picture and adds some nice movement to the scene. Good one!

I love this shot! The combination of the stillness of the hills and the blur of the rapid car passing by is simply great! Perfectly captured!

Very cool. Perfect timing.
there is nothing better than a photo of which you are proud of. Tomorrow is close, very close.
your photos are always a source of ispiration
Looks like a scene from the Quatermass Experiment, although that was in B&W and most people reading this site will not of heard of it! Spooky.
very haunting. wonderfully composed david.
Oh wow, I didn't see this was a car.
I thought it was a very translucent pond of water.
Nice nonetheless. :)
nice image though!!! :)
UFO!!
Interesting shot. The juxtaposition of nature versus man-made makes this picture work. Great shot.
I saw a pond too... and I like the dreamy grass.
This is a really great photo. You're extremely talented!
i like this effect very much. Nice captured
