The two halfs of the picture are too different colours, the photoshop work needs a little more disguise in this shot, liked yesterdays shot though.

Rob: I toned down the colour in the sky, but you're probably right, the difference is too striking. I'll put up a more balanced version in a few minutes.

Very nice. I like the colors and the patterns in the ground. Great job!

I love the coloring. Did you use a "photo filter" effect in PS? How did you achieve it? Looks awesome and very different than most of your shots which are blueish, grayish, or greenish.

I agree. Very nice shot, I love the pattern/texture of the sand against the sky and the colour's great :).

Strange and beautiful scenery! :-)

Strong composition! The tones and the details in the sand are awesome.

This may be interesting for you: Richard from pixyblog helped me to set up a blog. I´m really happy about the clean design and the functions they provide. I´m sure this will be the best photoblog software in a few months! Thanks!

Beautiful colors. Very nice balance between the sand ripples in the foreground and the stronger colors in the upper sky.

An eery feeling is created by the the washed out orange tones . It could almost be a ''Martian'' environment. The vast emptiness totally void of human references is actually an interesting challenge particularly as the scale is sort of unidentifiable.

Damn! I've just noticed a vapour trail . Oh! It's a shooting star ... so that's ok then!!

Whoa. Looks like Mars, but with water (assuming Mars has no water). Great work.

I love the texture in sand and the mirror-like quality of the highlights. I also like the texture of the clouds in the foreground. Well done.
