I don't have anything in particular to say about this one, other than that I think it looks much better with the black theme ... so over to you.

On another matter: chromasia (as in the company, rather than the blog) is entering it's third year. To celebrate this milestone we've decided to run a 'two-for-one' prints over for the next six weeks or so; i.e. buy one print, get the other one free. It's a bargain :-)

Definitely my favourite in this series. You have really managed nail this one, very dramatic. Love the angry waves and the foreboding sky ..

Great is the light above the sea, the sky is really dramatic and I love the movement of the sea in this picture.

I love how the sky is dark, but lets through the rays of light further from shore.

Wow, the energy that this photo has is amazing. It's definitely better as a black and white, in my opinion. (Not that I've seen the colour, I can just picture it though.)

This reminds me of a wonderful poem that I use in my teaching with primary kids..

The sea is a hungry dog. Giant and grey.
He rolls on the beach all day.
With his clashing teeth and shaggy jaws
Hour up on hour he gnaws
The rumbling, tumbling stones,
And ‘Bones, bones, bones, bones!’
The giant sea-dog moans,
Licking his greasy paws.

Got any more I can use David.....?

Spooky and cold feeling in this one, but in the good way! Thumbs up!

I like the tones and the sharpness of the shoreline and rocks. Very nice photograph.

Happy birthday Chromasia! Are those rays for real or have you PS them in? Fab.

The movement and light are rather hypnotic in this shot.

I just love the rays off in the distance. Like a promise of something to come.

Simply fantastic, great atmosphere!

You caught that magic moment, when the sky opened just enough to shine the waves.

comment by Jami at 02:35 AM (GMT) on 28 August, 2007

You captured this shot when the ocean was in the perfect position. If you really look at it, even for just a moment, it almost looks like the waves are really moving in the picture. Beautiful.

I love this picture, when the light pirces threw the clouds. It's saying that evil can never overcome good. Good always finds away
