It doesn't seem like any time at all since Finley was born, but he's fast turning into a typical little boy: poking trees with sticks, playing in puddles, and generally becoming more and more independent and willful. It's good to see, but it's also quite scary how quickly time seems to pass.
As always, let me know what you think.

So cute :) How's the Mark II working out for you? I love the idea of a built in vertical grip. I love my D40x, but I hate that there's no vertical grip available for it. Oh well, D2Xs here I come ;)

We constantly try to stop time, but we are too small for time to notice us. Watching your photos of your children on Chromasia, makes me realize that time is increasing its speed very fast. :-)
A moment captured, real nice. I like the toning and that he looks to be in his own little world, I guess centre parcs is that.

Glad you had some time off and also great to see the couple of new photo's. I love the way that children find the simplest of things interesting. Finley is clearly engrossed in the trunk and showing the charm of simple pleasures :)

A 1DS MK II and 70-200 IS L - Wow. That should tone the muscles up nicely. How do you find the weight of your new camera? - can it be a problem after a couple of hours?
(nice image by the way)

What a poppet. Is he trying to stick the branch back on I wonder :-)

Thanks all.
Ash: it's all good :-)
moonhead: yes, it's heavy, but it's also really well balanced.
