I'm having real trouble taking a decent photograph at the moment so have been archive raiding again, though this time I'm posting something a bit more recent than the last two I put up. I took this one about a year ago, in the derelict Flamingo nightclub, facing 180° to this one.

Craig: to paraphrase an old Tom Waits song, I'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other, but I'm sure it will pass.

Now thats so true at times....
That stairwell looks familiar?, its not from a local hotel that does a good breakfast is it?. And as to why you are without an eye, its because I've stolen it for the weekend, in desperation I wanted to borrow it, and use it.
You can have it back soon.

Yep, some times its hard to get a good shot. Nice texture and treatment here.

God, don't you just hate it when you hit a slump?! Then again, as my better half likes to remind me often "is it a slump or have you just decided to be extra hard on yourself these days?"
Anyhow.
Great photo. Very moody. Dark. Contrasty and love the texture.

I've been having trouble taking a decent photo for 28 years Dave! mal
OK, I've finished with your eye, Dave you may have it back, I used it all weekend, but now as the light fades here I figured its only right and proper that you should be allowed to use it again. Thanks for the loan, I got a few shots with it! csj ;-)

Thanks all, and I'm sure I'll be out of the slump in a day or so.
