This is the third in this small series of long exposure water shots, and in terms of content I suppose it falls somewhere between the other two: not as abstract as the first, but with less concrete detail than the second. As always, let me know what you think.

Sharp angles and a curved horizon, all draw you into the frame like a huge atlantic hoover!, nice capture.

Certainly is a powerful image, I like the darker tones, the cloudy sky makes the sea feel more foreboding. Nice mono toning , I really like the dreamy shapes formed in the foreground waves/froth..

Very interesting - I'm sure it takes a lot of tries before you get a long exposure you're happy with. What type of ND filters are you using? You mentioned yesterday that it was "a few"...

beautiful. it hits you at first sight, and makes you look at it more and more.

I think it's a beautiful shot, but my own preference would be for a little more concrete detail. I like the composition of yesterday's shot better but the sky and drama of this shot better. ...don't get me wrong though, it's a very great shot, keep up the good work!

Best of them so far for me, but I like blues and grays - so I'm biased ;-)

This is my favorite one so far. This whole series hasn't been my favorite (now, we're on the Chromasia scale here, so everything goes without saying as being absolutely incredible), but this is the best of the three. I really love the foreground pebbles.

Beautiful photo - Great colours and superb effect on the water due to the exposure time - a real cracker!

this is my favorite of the 3 you've posted so far. i'm loving the tones and jagged detail of the rocks in the foreground, contrasted by the smooth, whispy foam beyond. the vignette in the sky balances out the dark foreground very nicely.

This is a nice companion piece to "heading in," which is a favorite of mine, along with this one. Those overlapping waves are a great compositional lead-in, and the slight "is it black and white/is it color?" toning is masterful, as always!
