Increasingly I find myself tempted to crop my images to a more panoramic format, and almost posted a 4x1 crop of this one. In the end though, I decided that 3x1 was probably a better option.
And if you're interested, I've posted a 100% square crop of the segment of the image containing the person and dog. Before you look though, which direction did you assume they were walking in?

Based on my comments a couple times, you know I support the panaramic crops. It is a tranquil capture and I wish it had been my dog.
And not to seem like a smart alek, I assume they were walking south. :-)

I guess they should have been walking on the left side (where the sun is)...

I thought they were walking left, just generally because Ialways see dogs as 'ahead'. Love the colours in the sky.

Well, my dog is ALWAYS on front, no matter what :P, so I always asummed they were going left.
Beautiful shot, and I lke the crop factor. I really like panoramic images, for some reason I can't really understand, and landscapes/oceanscapes seem to be made for that format :-)

I got it right! :-D You'll be using your artistic cropping as an excuse for needing a 21Mp camera soon ;-)
