We took the kids down to our local library today, and while most of the shots I took weren't anything special, I do like this one – a shot of Rhowan taking it easy, browsing through one of the books she picked.
On a totally different matter: one of my grafitti shots has been set to music. You can watch the video here:

David, I am long-time fan of your website (and a subscriber of your tutorial). This is the first time I write you. I can't stand how lovely daugther you have! My daughter has just arrived two weeks ago, she is lovely too! I still never miss to check out your daily posting! I love your portraits just as well as your seeshore shots!

First of all, Rhowan is always so amazing ...so beautiful and you can catch and connect to her in such a special way! Just perfect! Well done.
Secondly, I like very much the music and I think it works very well with your pic.

Rowan is gorgeous, as always. The shot is really great. There is something captured here that is very dream like.
As to the music. I do not think that the talent level of the musician is as high as your image. I really like the concept. i just think the image is soo strong that it needs something with more impact to compliment it. maybe if you plan on going the jazzy blues route doing something a little less folk sounding something more modern.

Nice tilt of the camera, I like this inventive angle.

The book in focus is giving a whole new dynamic to this shot.

Nice b&w conversion!
I think I would focussed on the eyes in stead of the book. But this certainly gives another view.

Not a fan of the song here! Good shot of Rhowan though!

Thanks all, and I did suspect that the song might well be a question of taste ;-)

I really love this shot. Great processing and use of depth of field.

Personally, I like the song, but Libby's less keen, so I'd be interested to hear what you think.
