This is a shot of two of the Pierrotters, the last remaining seaside Pierrot Troupe in Britain. I was photographing them today as they took part in the latest Admission All Classes event in Blackpool. If you're free tomorrow, they'll be performing again at 11.30am, 1.15pm and 3.00pm on Blackpool's North Pier. I watched them perform three times today, but am still looking forward to seeing them again tomorrow.

Dave, loved the HDR tutorial, was spot on, and will definitely be my main source of reference for this technique in the future, thank you for sharing your workflow, and for em-parting your knowledge...... csj
great character study, I read about these guys in todays Guardian and wondered if you'd be there (also wondering what it's like in b/w?)
I'm still really intrigued by the canon mount Holga lens though. Tell us more ! :D
Rhys: there's not much to tell at this stage. When I've hard a chance to use it a bit more I'll let you know what I think of it.

What a superb image! So well caught and so clean looking with the whites predominating, and the black and red contrasts. Furthermore, you have the important highlights well under control. Fabulous!
