Here's another 5D/Holga lens shot of Finley. Again, it's not one of my most stunning shots, but it does give you a good idea about the sort of shots that can be achieved with this lens.

The child against al those stark lines is really captivating. The softening adds something equally interesting to the shot, leading the eye back to the child. Nice,

Makes me remember of Moholy-Nagy László's photos! :)

Really nice! Love the blurred edges and the sharp centre. There's a dust spot in the left corner that you could have fixed. :)

I just love the dreamy feels this image gives off. The playfulness of the little child against the concrete lines is pretty cool.

Nice shot. Good lighting and lines.

I usually don't like dreamy pictures and filters, but these two past shots are very different and attractive. Especially the second one. I think black and white conversion put it in a totally different category. Good job, David!

most of the time, the ability to take good photos is not in the equipment but in the eyes of the photographer (maybe I'm saying this 'cause I use a Nikon Coolpix L3 ;-). the equipment is only an aid, sometimes very big, but nothing more. that sais, you're a very good photograher (you know already...)
Love this shot. Those lines and shadoes together with Finley are great! Love the effect of lens.

Hello David,
I have noticed that you take a lot of your photo's with ISO 100 and AP....
I'm going to try the same with my 5D...

Hey, you should post the original on these. I am holga fan but never get around to develop anymore. So please David post the original version of these.

As for the various requests to post the original of the 'holga' shots: when I've got a bit more time I'll put some of them up.
