This is a shot of a reflection in the sloping front of the maremagnum in Barcelona. As you can see from the shot I've linked below, it was an especially strenuous shoot:

And in case you haven't seen a shot of me before, I'm the slightly less active one on the right, while the guy on the left is Paul :-)

Love this - almost looks like a weird PS montage rather than a straight shot. 5D2 - will you or won't you - and why the $@£& video?!

well, it looks like it was really worth all the tiring efforts you surely made...

This is really amazing. It took a while to fully understand this picture. What an effect. One of my favourites...

Confusing, superb, expressive and linear.

The shot you've linked to reminds me of the one of you in the bar at the top of the Holiday Inn Express with a beer in one hand and your remote in the other!

heres my little ray of sunshine today.. first not sure what you are doing up on the roof or why you bothered to climb up there, on the shot I presume there is not much photoshopping going on today, which in fact gives us a weaker image then we are used to looking at on your site, I find the panels on top... fight with the overall image rather than adding to it could you not have excluded them and added the panel to the bottom if you understand what i mean. it just looks like a misplaced jig saw puzzel was this what you had in mind?? over all i dont find " amazin" as one of your commenters said. i find it lacking any sort of center point for me to focus on which makes the image weak as its not strong enough in other areas to make it succesful thanks again for affording me the opportunity comment on your work even if my opinions/comments are not enjoyed by the masses

I like it!

Thanks all.

ed: as I mentioned in the description, this is a reflection; i.e. it was shot from the ground, not a roof. As for my intention: I wanted to capture the fragmentation of the original scene, so your sense that it looks like a "misplaced jigsaw puzzle" is pretty much what I was after.

with the link pointing to the shot of you on the roof i just thought it was taken from there i know its a reflection as i did read the info on the shot that you posted . shot from the ground? prehaps there is more photoshopping going on than i had thought . you said that you were after the jig saw look when then congrats u got it

ed: the other shot was taken from the ground too, hence the confusion.

i really like the abstractness of the simple architectural details. cool play with lines and pattern.
