This is the fourth and final shot in this small series (the other three are here, here, and here), and is probably my favourite of the four. As you'll see though, if you take a look at the original, my intention to include a sloping horizon didn't quite make it to the final edit :)

Thanks. As for the black theme: I'll reintroduce at some point soon - probably just for the blog rather than the site as a whole - as it does seem as though most of you preferred it.
Oh, and yes, it is nylon. Probably a heavyweight fishing line.

Dave,
"Classic" Chromasia. Great subject and choice of perspective.
s. Yep, sure did - on both a Mac (running OS 10.6.3) and PC (running both XP and Windows 7). It works fine for me. What's the problem at your end?

the graphical interface is messed up, looks like CSS is not loading properly. sometimes, the navigation arrows show up, sometimes not. when i click on the picture to view the previous entry, the page loads with two pictures (processed one, and original) one beneath the other.
try browsing back and forth and see what happens.
i was also viewing it in xp and win7, google chrome + ad blocker, same problem on two different machines.
It sounds like your browser is trying to used a cached version of the stylesheet, which no longer references the page correctly. Try loading the actual stylesheet first, linked below, then refresh one of the pages:
strange. i tried clearing my browser's cache and reloading your site and still the same problem. the link you provided to reset stylesheet does not work, i get "this link appears to be broken" message. it doesn't matter, eventually it will start working properly, it must be the caching.

It's great. David. The foreground detail is magnetic, with the yellow nylon(?) really eye-grabbing.
(Like some of yesterday's commenters, I miss the black theme too; it seems much easier to concentrate on the photograph against black, somehow.)

did you test your site in google chrome?

Oh, and if that doesn't work, try this link: "http://www.chromasia.com/reset_stylesheet.php

My mistake, here's the correct link to the 'reset stylesheet' page:
Definitely my favourite shot of the Groyne. I would say that this is perfect on every level... :)
Yes, I must agree / ditto Carlos' comment: "Classic" Chromasia !
