Here's another image from the wedding I shot with Craig in Kendal the weekend before last: the grandmother of the bride.
In other news ...
I'm the invited guest on this week's PhotoNetCast podcast which will (probably) be broadcast live on Friday, at 4am GMT, that's 7am local time for me (further details here). We'll be chatting about a variety of topics, including Extreme Exposure (my latest book), so tune in if you're around.
Also, you will probably have noticed that I've added a Tweetmeme button and Facebook Like button to most of my blog pages. I'm fairly sure these are working as they should, but please let me know if you have any problems with them.

That 200 really helps capture those intense expressions. Every thing squints to a point. Love the leading finger.
Looking forward to your podcast !!

Thanks Dan.
Daniel: yes, she does look a bit scary in this shot, but she was a lovely woman.

haha .... she was indeed quite an interesting character to point a lens at, both in terms of subject matter and her reaction to having her photo taken..... great image though mate, love it. Oh and I'm commenting because I found 10mins to do so....

Great Capture, she definitely looks as she is giving a tough lecture. My first thought, she was talking to the groom, "She is my grand-daughter, and you better give her the respect she deserves, or I will......" Nicely done capturing the expression.

Haha, what does she think of this...?

Tom: she hasn't seen it, at least I suspect she hasn't, but I think she would like it :)
