This is another shot that I took during Craig's recent trip to Bulgaria: a stop sign outside a seemingly abandoned factory on the way back from our cloud-ridden trip to the Shipka Monument. We did try and explore the factory, but after passing through this gate and rounding the corner of the next building we stumbled into a pack of stray dogs. As they didn't seem to be keen to share their territory we decided to leave ... quietly, and walking backwards :)

Nice shot. Yet again I'm amazed by how far you've taken the image from the original in processing. I struggle to get this right, often ending up with something that looks fake and over-processed, resulting in a return to the original and processing that is less aggressive.

Wow! That's an eye catching image. Great point of view and color!

Well... it was nice of the dogs to put the sign there. I agree with Steve... the way you "paint" brings your pictures to life.... and this capture is a good example.

This has a tropical feel. I suppose it's because of the lime-green. a masterful touch with the minor transformation de-distracting elements.

Thanks everyone.
Dan: I don't think I've ever come across another reference to Bulgaria looking tropical, but I take your point :)

Much like 'No Trespassing', rarely is there a more inviting sign when it comes to abandoned places. Too bad the pack of dogs cut the visit short!

Dave, I promise when life sorts itself out a little here, I will take time out to finish PP on the images I shot with you in BG. I will never forget that trip, and heres to the opportunity to shoot some more. I have this image, and I will endeavour to do it justice in time. Thanks again for being a great host..... maybe next time we'll heed the warning on the sign.... love it ..... CJ
