What with one thing and another I think it will probably be a bit of a lean week on chromasia – I've been working all weekend and haven't had time to shoot anything new, and I'm away from Tuesday till Thursday. So, much as I'd rather not, I'm archive-raiding for the next couple of days.

You have stuff like this sitting in your archives? Wow...
My first guess for what this is was a harp laid over fabric - - but now I see it's some kind of louvered advertisement poster. Nice confusion, david!

Wow, this is weird, im not sure what this is, it looks like a picture underneath the strings of a grand piano, that shadow looks like it could be one of the hammers. Nice colours.
btw, you can see her face better with the black background :)

One of those spinny motorised billboards that change the image every few seconds, I'm guessing. As much as adverts are pretty tedious, I love the tv campaign that goes with this one...

I absolutely love this image. Looks like a sort of Japanese finish or style, very dellicate and the lines above accentuate the circles below.
Making for a great raid...

Hang on, just seen it now, it's an advert that's running, the one with all the circles although this seems to have more colour than the televised one. Again, lovely shot.

One of my favorite in a while. I like the lines too... they add to it. The shadow bugs me a little... overall still great.

funny that I didn't get the face when looking at the picture, but whe I opened this window to see the description I saw it in the thumbnail. Maybe because of the proportion didn't g et the whole image until I saw a differente one. Who Knows. Any way I also would like to know what this is.

Yes, totally agree with Adriana, I only saw the face once the window description was open and then like a golden ray it dawned on me!

This reminds me of a piece by Alphonse Mucha {1860-1939} called Chocolate Amatler, 1900. Beautiful Dave. Love the shadows.

Frank was right, this is one of those wall-mounted advertisments that rotates.
in this case the advert displayed is for Aero chocolate.
Just in case anyone wondered...
Thanks everyone.
the abstract art is the art of the future!
is fantastica! wonderful!...
Wow! This is just stunning!
When I first saw that I thought "Hey, Lemon Jelly!" :)
Interesting perspective.
