Well, I enjoyed the pier series but it's time for something different.

This is the first of two very similar shots – same people, same location – but they have a slightly different feel, plane of focus, and quality of lighting. Normally, I think I might have only put one of them up, but I really couldn't decide between them. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts.

Oh, and in case you were wondering, this is a straight shot other than some selective Curves adjustments and an increase in saturation. If you can't work it out I'll explain tomorrow ;-)
