Title • art and design
Firstly, thanks for all the comments on yesterday's shot: they were much appreciated, especially as it took a lot more work than usual to work it up into something worth posting.
Today's, on the other hand, was much simpler to produce, and is one of several shots I took today at the 'fuse units', some purpose built 'workspaces for the creative industries' in Bolton (the town where I work). This is probably the only one I'll post on chromasia and is a shot of a couple of books; one about Banksy's art, and another on letterhead and logo design. What I wanted to do was to photograph them as I found them, one leaning against the end of the bookcase, the other partially open and standing in the middle, and on the whole I'm pretty much pleased with how it turned out (despite the fact, or maybe because of the fact, that it's not immediately apparent that this is just a shot of two books). Anyway, as always, your thoughts are appreciated.
