Those of you who have subscribed to our tutorials may well have spotted that next month's issue is the first of a two-part tutorial on creating HDR images. I'm going to be looking at manually blending different exposures as well as using Photoshop's HDR facility, but a good portion of part two of the tutorial will be about using Photomatix Pro to i) merge a set of bracketed originals, and ii) tone map the result. As such I'll probably be posting quite a few HDRs over the next couple of weeks.
As for this one: it's a shot of some of the construction work that's going on along Blackpool's seafront as they replace the old sea wall with a series of sweeping steps that lead down to the sea.
