This is a shot of the same guy I posted on Saturday. He'd been quite happy to pose for us, for a few minutes at least, but after a while he seemed quite keen to get back to sharpening his knives and talking to his friends. I can't say I blame him – being photographed by a group of people who don't speak your language isn't exactly the most relaxing way to spend a morning :)
