What is included in my subscription?
A subscription grants you access to ALL our published tutorials and any that may be published during the period of your membership. It will also allow grant you access to extra items such as the members' forum, our Mini-PSDs, members' offers, and so on.
How do I know that these tutorials will be right for me?
If you're not sure if the tutorials will be right for you, take a look at our free Tonal Range and the Curves tool tutorial.
How can I use my discount code?
If you have a discount code you just need to enter this in the Coupon Code box at the bottom of the sign up screen. You can only use 1 discount code per purchase.
What version of Photoshop do I need for your tutorials?
All of the tools and techniques discussed, unless otherwise noted, are compatible with Photoshop CS2 and above.
I don't have Photoshop. Will your tutorials still be useful to me?
Our tutorials are geared towards Photoshop, but we do have a large number of subscribers using Gimp, Aperture, Lightroom and so on. However, please note that we do not offer any additional support for image editing software other than Photoshop.
How can I pay?
To keep costs down and handle many different currencies we only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is very secure and easy to use and you can pay via credit card, bank or PayPal balance.
Can I have an invoice/receipt for my records?
Yes. You can print of a receipt from PayPal. It has a unique transaction number that is treated as the invoice number.
I am not in the UK and don’t have a GBP bank account
No Problem! Most of our subscribers are not in the UK. PayPal will automatically convert your local currency into GBP (Pounds Sterling) and will advise you of the current conversion rate and the total amount of the transaction. There is no charge for paying through PayPal.
Do you have access to my payment details or bank account?
No! PayPal do not forward details of your cards or bank account and we cannot initiate payments from you.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by following the instructions sent to you in the sign up emails, from both PayPal and us. Canceling your subscription will not prevent access to the members' area for the period you paid for, but will prevent your subscription from being automatically renewed.
What support do you offer with the online tutorials?
The online tutorials are not a 'taught' service and we cannot provide individual support. However, there is a forum for general questions and issues relating to each topic and we will respond to any emails as soon as possible.
What if I want further guidance?
We do offer a limited number of group courses in various locations as well as 1-2-1 training at your location or ours. We also offer 1-2-1 online training and an online mentoring service. Please take a look at our main training pages or email for further details.
Can I download the lessons?
No. The tutorials are designed to be viewed online as they contain roll-over-graphics and videos. However we are reviewing other possible formats for the future.
